Commercial grounds get judged by whoever walks up to the door. The work is the same as residential — done on a schedule, at a time that doesn't get in your tenants' way.

• Scheduled mowing and edging. Same day each cycle so you know when to expect me.
• Bed and entrance upkeep. The areas people actually look at, kept clean.
• Mulch and rock refreshes. Done seasonally or on request.
• Storm and debris cleanup. Cleared and hauled in my own trailer.
• Tree trimming. Branches kept off signage, lights and walkways.
